No, seats are only guaranteed after Outscal's 7-day trial. Throughout the trial, we will get an opportunity to see and keep a record of how you code, collaborate and communicate as an individual and with the team. On the basis of your performance in the trial, we will determine if you will continue with us.
You will also get an opportunity to find out what a typical day at Outscal looks like during these trials.
Also, in the case of ISA, there are other legal requirements as well, which need to be taken care of before securing a seat in our program.
